Start with the recipient’s checklist so that your PDF follows the required document order and file count. These tools arrange PDF pages; they do not edit the text on them. Your documents are processed in the current browser without being sent to a server.

Step by step

  1. Note the required documents, paper size, maximum file size and naming rules. Keep your originals and prepare copies for the task.
  2. If the recipient wants one file, use Merge PDFs to put the documents in the requested order. You can include photos of supporting evidence.
  3. Download the merged PDF and open it in Organize pages. Delete unnecessary covers, blank pages and duplicates, then rotate or reorder pages as needed.
  4. Compare the result’s page count and size with the requirements. After saving, rename it in Files or your file manager to match the submission rules.
  5. Open the saved PDF from beginning to end to check for missing documents or clipped content. Submit it and confirm receipt in the recipient’s system.

Tips and things to check

  • PDF compression is not currently available. For large photo evidence, reduce the original images in Mandumon Image and create the PDF again.
  • Deleting pages does not guarantee a particular size. Check the actual output and change your preparation method if it still exceeds the limit.
  • Signing, text editing and setting a new password are not supported. Output PDFs are saved without a password even when the source was protected.

Frequently asked questions

Can I enter an output name inside the tool?

Names are generated from the source file. Rename the download in your file manager and keep the .pdf extension.

Can it make my PDF smaller than a specific KB limit?

Not currently. The Image app adjusts images; it does not directly compress an existing PDF.
