You can combine documents received through chat or email in your phone’s browser. First save each attachment somewhere you can locate on the device. No account is required, and selected files are processed without server uploads.

Step by step

  1. Open Merge PDFs and tap the file picker. On iPhone, browse locations in Files; on Android, look in Downloads or the folder where you saved the documents.
  2. Select multiple files or add them to the list in stages. If a chat attachment is missing, return to that app and save a local copy first.
  3. Use the move buttons to arrange the documents. Compare file names and page counts to distinguish similar attachments on a small screen.
  4. Merge and check the output page count and size, then tap Download. If a preview opens, use the browser or operating system’s share or save menu to save the file.
  5. Open the saved PDF to review it before choosing it in your submission app. Use the browser’s download list to locate the file if needed.

Tips and things to check

  • Files on iPhone and the Downloads folder on Android are common starting points, but the actual location depends on the browser and your settings.
  • Closing the tab or spending a long time in another app may lose the working state. Confirm that the result has been saved before leaving.
  • Inputs of 500 MB or more show a warning. If a phone struggles, reduce the number of files or try the task on a computer.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install an app?

No separate app is needed. File access and download menus are provided by your browser.

Where did my download go?

Check the browser’s download list first. If you only opened a preview, you may still need to choose Save to Files or a similar command from its share menu.
